I found the room well-appointed and of good size. The décor was tasteful. i liked that the hotel sits on a quiet street near a park. the pool was a big plus and i booked it for certain hours. the staff was always friendly and asked about my stay.
The towels, though clean, weren't quite the quality i would expect given the room rate. That said it was such a slight detail in an overall wonderful stay.

the reception provided a welcome drink. the team responded quickly to requests. staff members offered helpful suggestions about local attractions. i found the staff genuinely attentive.

my room had a comfortable bed with excellent sheets. fragonard products were available in the bathroom, they smelled great. the space was super clean, i appreciated the natural light, i enjoyed this room.

The hotel is near major sites, i liked walking to them. a metro station is very close. this is a safe area. I enjoyed exploring the surrounding neighborhood. the location was perfect, though the parking was expensive!

i found the breakfast buffet tasty with many options. the breakfast staff were very helpful, they ensured i had everything i needed. afternoon tea included cake, a great treat. i appreciated this service.

the location provided convenient access to many dining options nearby the central location was also a definite plus
i found the absence of assistance with my bags upon arrival to be a significant oversight there was also minimal service available during the night hours the queen bed was two twin beds pushed together that separated easily
